Safety
Seat belts must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion. Passengers must remain seated with seat belts fastened until the vehicle has come to a complete stop.
ASC requires child safety seats to be used in accordance with Ohio’s Child Passenger Safety Law. Child safety & booster seats are the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
All wheelchairs must be secured. Service may be denied to any rider refusing to wear a seat belt or have their wheelchair secured.
In the event of an accident, illness or injury, follow the instructions of your driver.
